Using MajeedAI

By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must give a real email address, keep your password and sign-in methods safe, and tell us if you think someone else used your account.

MajeedAI is in beta

MajeedAI is offered as a beta. Features may change, be paused or be removed, and you may meet errors we have not found yet. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you, and check what the AI team changes before you rely on it.

While in beta, MajeedAI support answers requests sent from Help and support, normally within one business day. Tell us when something goes wrong; your reports and ratings help us fix it.

Your work stays yours

Your code, your files and what you write remain yours. MajeedAI uses what you send only to provide the service you asked for.

AI answers can be wrong

Answers and changes produced by AI, including MajeedAI's own AI, can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before you rely on them; nothing changes your project until you accept it.

AI providers you connect

When you use your own key or account with an AI provider, that provider bills you directly and its own terms apply to what you send it. MajeedAI is not responsible for a provider's service.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through the billing provider at the price shown when you choose the plan. What each plan includes is shown on the plans page.

Fair use

Do not use MajeedAI to break the law, to harm others, to get around its limits or security, or to overload it. MajeedAI may limit or suspend an account that does, and may pause a feature for everyone to protect the service.

Changes and ending

When these terms change, their version changes, and you are asked to accept the new version. You can stop using MajeedAI at any time.
